Buffalo Sabres send Bryson to Rochester

The Buffalo Sabres made an announcement on Saturday regarding the reassignment of defenseman Jacob Bryson to the Rochester Americans. This decision comes after Bryson played in nine games with Rochester this season.

Earlier in the week, Bryson had been recalled to the Sabres’ roster to serve as an extra defenseman while Mattias Samuelsson was out with an injury. However, Samuelsson made a return to the Sabres’ lineup on Saturday for their game against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Meanwhile, the Rochester Americans, the Sabres’ AHL affiliate, are scheduled to host the Springfield Thunderbirds at Blue Cross Arena later on Saturday at 5:05 p.m.
