Buffalo Sabres Fans Showing Strong Support for Their Team

– The main entrances to the building are equipped with electric power doors. Companion seats are also available for each reserved seat. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit as well as for accessibility to restrooms and concession stands. To arrange seating for a group that requires accommodations please call the Account Services Office. Patrons requiring accessible seating are allowed up to three companion seats. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit for the device. A central FM transmitter services all seating areas. Arrangements can be made in advance by calling the Account Services Office.

– These elevators are located in the Pavilion to the right behind the escalators nearest to Main Street. The elevator in the Pavilion stops at all Levels. The elevator located by the Security Office stops at all Levels except the 300 Level. If you need assistance in locating the elevators, KeyBank Center Representatives are available. All elevators are accessible, and each elevator is equipped with Braille signs and audible tones. From the 100 Level, there are express escalators directly to the 300 Level.

– In-seat food and beverage service is available to Club seat patrons on the 200 level during Sabres games. All concession stands are accessible. Concession assistants are available at each concession stand to assist guests with visual impairments. However, our policy continues to allow guests to bring outside food or beverage into KeyBank Center when the food or beverage is required for medical purposes.

– Reserved season long parking is also available for Season Ticket holders. To purchase season long parking, simply contact the Account Services Office. This parking is located in surface lots approximately 200 yards from the building. Parking is available on a limited game-to-game basis in both the KeyBank Center parking ramp and surface lots. Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The KeyBank Center parking ramp has parking spaces for guests with disabilities located throughout the facility on all Levels next to the elevators. There are a number of private parking lots in the area (not affiliated with KeyBank Center or the Buffalo Sabres).

– All restrooms are accessible and have baby-changing tables.

– To set an appointment, please call your Account Service Representative. If you are unaware of your rep, you can schedule an appointment by emailing [email protected] or calling our direct line 716-855-4100. Account Services will be open during game times, as normally scheduled, to support any ticketing needs.

– Cameras (including digital) with long lenses are permitted as long as they do not obstruct the view of other patrons. Guests may only take photos from their seats and are not permitted to use the “mouseholes” in the glass. Video cameras are permitted during youth hockey or lacrosse only. Only credentialed media are permitted to use approved areas, such as the 200 level platforms and glass cut outs.

– The U.S. Anthem should not exceed 90 seconds. The Canadian Anthem should not exceed 75 seconds.

– Emotional Support animals will not be permitted inside KeyBank Center.

– These items may be surrendered for the opportunity for entry to the KeyBank Center. Items not permitted inside the KeyBank Center include, but are not limited to, the following: animals (except service animals), aerosol cans, alcoholic beverages, backpacks, chains, drones, explosives, firearms, food or beverages from outside, fuel, frisbees/beach balls, hazardous chemicals, illegal drugs, laser pens, musical instruments or artificial noisemakers, razor type blades, self-defense spray, selfie sticks, studded jewelry, weapons of any kind. Other prohibited items may vary depending on the event.

– All restrooms are accessible and have baby-changing tables.

– The Sabres Store carries Buffalo Sabres and NHL team merchandise. For more information on the Sabres Store and current operating hours, visit the website.

– KeyBank Center has become a smoke-free facility, and smoking is not permitted on the grounds or inside the arena.

– Purchasing tickets from non-authorized agents may result in removal from the seats.

– Will Call is located at the ticket windows in the Pavilion.
