Buffalo Sabres Jerseys: New Look for the Buffalo Sabres Uniforms
The 50th season jersey crest details have been carried over to the new uniform system, including the stitching pattern in the buffalo. The team has a strong bond with the community and sought to honor that within the jersey design by adding white piping on top of the gold stripes.
Adidas collaborated with the team to develop the white uniform shoulder striping, and the return to royal blue was just the beginning of creating something unique. To achieve this, key elements of the franchise’s history were identified to be incorporated into the new design.
Changes include two colors for the jersey numbers instead of three, adjustments to the sock striping pattern, and the return of the “B Sword” logo as a simplified secondary mark on the shoulder.
